Winnsox will retain the publishing rights. We accept original papers or research projects that have not been published elsewhere. If a submission has been published elsewhere, authors are expected to make this known to us, and may be required to carry out significant revisions in order to warrant republishing. This is especially so if the submission has been previously published on the Internet. Winnsox has the right to republish any submission, either in digital, or print form, with the agreement of the author.
